Outrageously Fit Personal Training Studio (Ballard)
Village Yoga (Magnolia)
Sue also trains clients outdoors, at their condo workout room, in their home, or office.
During the 15 years that Sue Bream has worked in the fitness industry, Sue has always provided her clients with a varied exercise program that is custom tailored to meet their specific needs. Sue supports her clients with their exercise, nutrition, as well as proper supplementation.. She has found that with the busy lives that most people live today, it is challenging to encompass all three of these components in a balanced way.
If you find yourself wondering…….
What types of exercises are best for you?
How do you balance work, family, and working out?
Why you cannot drop those pounds when you keep trying different diets?
Why you have energy crashes in the afternoon?
What healthy foods can you eat when you are on the go all of the time?
What supplements are safe, effective, and actually good for me?
…..then you have come to the right place.
Or, maybe you need motivation to exercise, variety in your routine, or need to exercise for health reasons.
Sue is both a certified personal trainer (A.C.S.M. & A.C.E.) and Pilates Instructor (Vitality Pilates Certification). She is also a certified “Team Leader” with Dr. Ray Strand’s “Healthy For Life” program. Specialties include working with pre- and post-natal women, menopausal and beyond, clients with cancer, as well as men and women who have a variety of other health and fitness goals.
What people are saying about Sue
“I have been very overweight and out of shape for most of my adult life. I finally decided that I wasn’t going to enter my ‘40’s thinking the same thing as when I entered my ‘30’s—that I really wished I was in better shape. So at almost 39, I got up the nerve to look into getting a personal trainer. I found Sue Bream at Outrageously Fit, and it is the best thing I have ever done for myself. I was completely self-conscious and nervous before I went to my first appointment, but Sue was so cool and non-judgy that I very soon felt at ease. I have discovered that I actually LIKE to work out, and I have never felt better. I am shocked to find that there might be an athlete lurking inside me! If you are at all thinking about getting in shape and working with a trainer, totally do it. If it is that first appointment or phone call that is stopping you, don’t let it. I wish I had called earlier, but I am glad I finally did. Sue is really creative and working out with her is fun.
